Terms of service

These terms govern your use of server4u.co, the control panel and Server4U services (a subsidiary of Mycel Technologies Ltd). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

  • Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
  • New accounts may require approval before paid services are activated.

The services

  • We provide managed servers, resource allocations, domain registration and management, SSL certificates, backups and monitoring, according to your plan.
  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own additional backups of critical data. Our backups are a safety layer, not a substitute.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, cryptocurrency mining, attacks on other systems, or content that infringes copyright or harms minors.
  • We may suspend service immediately for violations and, in serious cases, close the account without refund.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

  • Prices are in ILS and include VAT. Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Statutory cancellation rights under Israeli consumer protection law are honoured.
  • Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once submitted to the registrar. Non-payment may lead to suspension and, after notice, deletion of data.

Domains

  • Domain registration is also subject to registrar, registry and ICANN rules. The domain is registered in your name, and you may transfer it to another registrar under those rules.

Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or data.

General

  • We may update these terms and will give advance notice of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
